If you do not agree to this agreement, please immediately stop recharging.

Chapter 2 Declaration of Rights
1. You understand and agree that this platform has the right to set relevant restrictions and reminders related to transactions from time to time based on considerations of transaction security, operational strategies, industry practices, etc., including but not limited to transaction limits, transaction frequency, etc.
2. If the recharge process involves related services provided by a third party, in addition to complying with the provisions of this agreement, you also need to agree to and comply with the agreements and relevant rules of such third party. In any case, disputes arising from the third party and its related services shall be resolved by you and the third party on your own, and the platform shall not be liable to you or the third party in this regard.
3. Any losses or liabilities arising from the inability of this platform to provide "Diamond" purchasing services or any errors in providing "Diamond" purchasing services due to your own reasons shall be your own responsibility, and this platform shall not be liable, including but not limited to:
(1) Due to your account becoming invalid, lost, or suspended;
(2) Losses or liabilities caused by the third-party payment institutions, banks, and other accounts you are bound to, including the use of unauthenticated accounts or accounts other than your own, and the freezing or seizure of your accounts;
(3) Property damage caused by informing others of your password;
(4) Property damage caused by your personal intentional or gross negligence.
4. If you are unable to use the recharge service of this platform or lose any of your virtual property due to the following conditions, you agree that this platform is not liable for damages, including but not limited to:
(1) During the system shutdown maintenance, upgrade, and adjustment period announced on this platform;
(2) Data transmission cannot be carried out due to malfunctions in telecommunications or equipment;
(3) Due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, government regulations, etc., the system of this platform is hindered and unable to perform business;
(4) Service interruption or delay caused by hacker attacks, technical adjustments or malfunctions in telecommunications departments, website upgrades, related third-party issues, etc.
5. You guarantee that the funds used for recharging 'Diamond' are all your legitimate income, and you have the full right to use them in accordance with this agreement. Any disputes or disputes arising from your violation of this clause will be handled and resolved by you, and you will bear all responsibilities and legal consequences arising from this. At the same time, the platform has the right to save relevant information and report to relevant law enforcement/judicial agencies and competent authorities.
6. If you use the exclusive recharge account service opened by the platform for you (if opened), you should comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to anti money laundering, anti fraud, anti-terrorism financing, and economic sanctions ("Anti money laundering related laws and regulations"). You promise not to use this exclusive recharge account for any illegal activities such as money laundering, nor will you accept any illegal requests from others to use this exclusive recharge account for money laundering. If any abnormal transactions occur with the exclusive recharge account, the platform has the right to take measures such as suspending the exclusive recharge account or conducting investigations in accordance with relevant anti money laundering laws and regulations and/or regulatory requirements, and is not responsible for any losses or damages suffered by you as a result. 7. Under no circumstances shall this platform be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or punitive damages. (2) You violate this agreement, the User Service Agreement, or other management regulations of the platform on users;

2. When users use the recharge services provided by this platform, if there are any suspected crimes, violations of laws and regulations, violations of socialist ethics, violations of the User Service Agreement, this agreement, or other management regulations of this platform for users, this platform has the right to decide to temporarily or permanently ban your account based on the nature and severity of your behavior. After the account is banned and until the ban is lifted (if any), the remaining "diamonds" on your account will be temporarily frozen or fully deducted, and cannot be used to purchase products and/or services on this platform. At the same time, the cash value of your purchase of "diamonds" will not be refunded.
Chapter 4 Supplementary Provisions

This platform will issue an updated version through this platform, and you can check the latest version of the agreement terms at any time through the "Diamond" recharge page. If you continue to use the recharge service provided by this platform after the content of this agreement has been revised, it will be deemed that you agree to the latest revised agreement content; Otherwise, please stop recharging immediately.
2. You understand and agree that the recharge services provided by this platform are based on the current state of technology and conditions, and we will make every effort to provide you with recharge services to ensure the continuity and security of the recharge services. But you are also aware and acknowledge that this platform cannot foresee and prevent technical and other risks at any time or at all times, including but not limited to service interruptions, inability to use recharge services normally, and other losses and risks that may arise due to force majeure, network reasons, third-party service defects, third-party websites, and other reasons; In addition, in addition to the aforementioned circumstances, this platform has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the recharge services under this agreement at any time based on specific circumstances such as transaction security and operational planning, and will notify users through announcements on the platform page or other appropriate means (without separately notifying you).
3. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable due to conflict with the laws of the People's Republic of China or being determined by a competent people's court, these provisions shall be re interpreted in accordance with the principle of being as close as possible to the original intent of this agreement, provided that they do not violate the law, and other provisions of this agreement shall still have full force and effect.
4. This agreement is signed in Siming District, Xiamen City. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between our platform and you. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court of the place where this agreement is signed.
