The 100% love anchor agreement (hereinafter referred to as this agreement) stipulates the rights and obligations between Xiamen Paiyuwu Technology Co., Ltd., its affiliated enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "100% love" or "100% love platform"), and the anchor (hereinafter referred to as "you") regarding the provision of video/voice live streaming services on the 100% love platform. Please carefully read this agreement before conducting video/voice live streaming to ensure that you fully understand the content of each clause in this agreement. Unless you accept all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use the services covered by this agreement. Your behavior of conducting video/voice live streaming on the 100% love platform will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement.
Article 1 General Provisions
1.1. You are a citizen of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as China) and must be at least 18 years old with full civil capacity; Or you are at least 18 years old and rely on your own labor income as your main source of livelihood. If you do not meet the aforementioned conditions, you should immediately terminate your registration or stop using it.
1.2. 100% love provides you with platform anchor video/voice live streaming services. After you agree to this agreement, you can use the above services for performance sharing and online interaction.
1.3. According to this agreement and platform rules, you apply to become a host on the 100% love platform, providing online video/voice live streaming services to interact with 100% love platform users. The period during which you provide services on the 100% love platform should be considered as within the agreement period. 100% love will conduct a formal review of the content you upload or participate in, edit, or create (including but not limited to images, posters, avatars, audio, videos, etc.), but you still need to bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and timeliness of the above content.
1.4. During the process of registering or using this service, you should register with your real name according to the requirements, and the registration information provided should be complete, true, legal, and valid. You need to fill in or submit some necessary information and submit materials for review on the 100% love platform. If the information you submit is incomplete or does not comply with laws and regulations or 100% love platform regulations, you may not be able to register successfully or may be restricted in the process of using this service. If your personal information or contact information changes, you must update 100% love promptly. You should register with your real name according to the requirements, and the registration information provided should be complete, true, legal, and valid.
1.5. 100% love only provides you with an online live streaming interaction platform, and you and 100% love do not form any employment or labor relationship. You have an equal partnership with this platform for listing.
1.6. You fully understand the various rules and requirements of the platform (including the management rules and requirements for users that the platform has released and may release in the future, including but not limited to this agreement, the User Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, Live Broadcasting Code of Conduct, and Fee Settlement Agreement). At the same time, you promise that conducting online live streaming activities on the platform will comply with relevant laws and regulations, comply with the "Live Broadcasting Standards" of this platform, and not violate the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and your location.
Article 2 Service Rules
2.1. 100% love has the right to regularly or irregularly revise and change the protocols, rules, and behavioral norms of 100% love platforms (such as internet websites and mobile networks). You understand and agree to this.
2.2. 100% love has the right to delegate the management of the anchor to your studio or other third-party agency entrusted by your brokerage company (hereinafter referred to as the "guild") based on your application or the rules published on the platform.
2.3. 100% love and the guild have the right to assess and evaluate you in accordance with platform rules (assessment and evaluation criteria include but are not limited to the length of live streaming time, number of user views, number and types of virtual gifts given by users, user support, user complaints, violations, etc.) to determine your virtual props and income; If you violate laws, regulations, or platform rules and regulations of 100% love during live streaming, 100% love and the guild will take punitive measures (including but not limited to deducting virtual props and income, and even directly blocking your account).
2.4. 100% love has the right to propose improvement suggestions and opinions on your live streaming services on the 100% love platform. You should make corresponding rectification within 3 days after receiving the suggestions or opinions from 100% love. Otherwise, 100% love has the right to take the aforementioned punitive measures.
2.5. 100% love has the right to review the legality of your video/voice live streaming content (including but not limited to images, posters, avatars, audio, videos, etc.) in accordance with laws and regulations or relevant department requirements. If the video/voice live streaming content violates laws, regulations, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of 100% love or third parties, 100% love has the right to take measures such as suspension, deletion of content, account suspension, account cancellation, and cooperation with regulatory authorities for investigation.
2.6. 100% love has the right to mark a watermark with a 100% love logo (or name) and time in your live streaming room. You need to make corresponding adjustments based on the live streaming effect.
2.7. 100% love is responsible for providing you with a platform for video/voice live streaming, and providing platform technical service support. But 100% love does not guarantee that the network service will definitely meet any of your requirements, does not guarantee that the network service is always smooth, and does not guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of the network service.
2.8. 100% love will contact you or send relevant notifications through platform announcements, platform message push, email, mobile SMS, or regular mail transmission. Such notice shall be deemed to have been delivered on the date of dispatch.
2.9. Considering the particularity of video/voice live streaming services, you agree that 100% Love has the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the video/voice live streaming services at any time. If there are any losses caused by changes, interruptions, or termination of video/voice live streaming services, 100% love shall not be liable to you or any third party. However, 100% love shall try to notify users in advance in the form of announcements, emails, or system pop-up windows before changing, interrupting, or terminating the service.
Article 3 Usage Rules
3.1. You promise not to harm the legitimate interests of third parties or violate Chinese laws, regulations, normative provisions, etc. due to the performance of this agreement. Your acceptance and performance of this agreement will not violate any legal documents that are binding on you, nor will 100% love assume any responsibility towards any third party.
3.2. You guarantee that you have the conditions, ability, and qualifications to fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of the anchor as stipulated in this agreement.
3.3. You understand and agree that all profits generated by you based on the 100% love platform will ultimately be based on the 100% love backend data; At the same time, you are required to comply with various platform operation regulations and anchor management rules and requirements (hereinafter referred to as platform rules and anchor specifications) that are updated from time to time on the 100% Love platform, including but not limited to the "Live Broadcasting Code of Conduct" and other platform operation regulations, as well as national laws, regulations, and normative provisions on such internet services.
3.4. You agree that 100% love will use your name (including but not limited to your real name, pen name, internet name, former name, and any text symbols representing your identity) and portrait (including but not limited to real person portrait and cartoon portrait) for free for various types of promotion and promotion of 100% love and its affiliated enterprises, and provide necessary cooperation.
3.5. You guarantee that you have the ownership or legal right to use all the images, posters, avatars, and other content you upload to 100% love. You have the right to upload to 100% love and authorize 100% love to use it. You confirm that any improper behavior, violation of laws, regulations, and relevant operating rules of 100% love, or infringement of third-party legitimate rights and interests during the use of video/voice live streaming services, will be borne by you, 100% love does not require any responsibility. If you cause damage to 100% love due to your behavior, compensation should be paid, and 100% love has the right to directly deduct the above compensation costs from your shared expenses.
3.6. You shall bear the necessary network, equipment supporting video and voice (including but not limited to computers, microphones, video devices, mobile phones, headphones, sound cards, and other hardware and software), as well as the expenses (including but not limited to phone and internet fees paid for accessing the internet, and mobile phone fees paid for using the mobile network) required for video/voice live streaming, and ensure the clarity and stability of the live image and voice quality. If the live broadcast gets stuck or cannot be watched due to your network, 100% love has the right to request you to upgrade the network. You should make corresponding corrections within 3 days after receiving 100% love's suggestions or opinions. Otherwise, 100% love has the right to take corresponding punitive measures.
3.7. The video/voice live streaming services provided by you on the 100% love platform and all information, information, and speeches posted must not involve politics, firearms, drugs, violence, pornography, or any other content that violates Chinese laws, regulations, and normative provisions, including but not limited to endangering national security, obscene and pornographic content, falsehood, defamation, intimidation and harassment of others, and infringement of others' intellectual property rights Trade secrets or other legitimate rights and interests, as well as content that violates social order and good customs, or ways of pointing to the above content.
3.8. You must provide true, accurate, and legally valid personal identity information and contact information to complete real name authentication; If there is a change in personal information or contact information, you must update 100% love promptly.
3.9. You must cooperate with 100% Love to conduct manual verification and authentication of the authenticity of personal data. 100% Love will strictly keep the authentication data confidential and store it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3.10. You promise to abide by the principle of honesty and credibility, not disrupt the normal order of the 100% love platform, not publish commercial advertisements without the consent of 100% love, and not engage in activities unrelated to online live streaming performances.
3.11. The account and password you registered are the only identity credentials for receiving platform services, and you are responsible for keeping and setting the password yourself. Gifts, borrowing, renting, transferring, or selling are prohibited. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted on your account.
3.12. You promise that the above information includes but is not limited to important information such as various accounts, bank cards (including credit cards), third-party payment accounts, and corresponding passwords used in 100% love, and will not be disclosed during live streaming or other platform services, nor will you publish, upload, or provide information related to your privacy to others through platform services. Otherwise, you shall bear the responsibility and losses arising from this.
3.13. You guarantee that you will not engage in any behavior that damages the image and brand of 100% Love. Otherwise, 100% Love has the right to terminate the agreement, suspend the account, and demand that you bear all legal and compensation responsibilities.
3.14. During the term of this agreement and after its termination, you are not allowed to spread or promote any remarks, pictures, videos, etc. that may damage the reputation and image of 100% love in any way. You are not allowed to spread any false information in any way, and you are not allowed to harm the interests of 100% love in any way, such as encouraging 100% love users. Otherwise, 100% love has the right to demand compensation from you (including but not limited to deducting virtual props and income, and even directly closing your account).
3.15. If a third party participates in your live streaming content, you should ensure that there are no legal disputes with the third party. If there are any such disputes, you will be solely responsible, and it is not related to 100% love. If 100% love suffers losses, you should compensate 100% love for such losses.
3.16. You promise to actively maintain the image of 100% love and the 100% love platform, and you shall not engage in any behavior that is detrimental to the image or interests of 100% love or the 100% love platform. During the term of this agreement and after its termination, you shall not make any implied or unfavorable remarks to 100% love or the 100% love platform through any channel.
3.17. You are not allowed to mention or display the names, logos, registration numbers, and images of other live streaming platforms in any form (including but not limited to personal updates, personal profile pages, live room names, posters, text, voice, video, images, backgrounds, scenery, etc. during the live streaming process), and are not allowed to guide 100% of existing users of the love platform Other anchors or 100% of Love employees enter other live streaming platforms or provide any services, information or convenience to them, otherwise 100% Love has the right to impose penalties on your breach of contract.
3.18. 100% love only provides platform services. If you establish a contractual relationship with a studio, brokerage company, or other third-party institution on your own, any disputes arising from this are not related to 100% love, and 100% love will not be held responsible.
3.19. If you are assigned by a studio, brokerage company, or other third-party organization that has signed a relevant brokerage or labor relationship with you to 100% love for live streaming interaction, the virtual props and income you receive from 100% love will be fully paid by 100% love to the aforementioned organization, and settled with you by the aforementioned organization. You agree not to make any claims to 100% love regarding the virtual props or income at any time or in any way.
3.20. You are not allowed to use the live streaming and related services provided by the platform to engage in any illegal, irregular or improper behavior (including but not limited to fraud, gambling, illegal transfer of property, dissemination of false information, etc.) inside or outside the platform. If you engage in the above behavior or the platform has reason to believe that you have engaged in the above behavior (such as receiving relevant complaints, etc.), the platform has the right to take measures against you based on the actual situation, including but not limited to suspending payment of income Measures to freeze or ban your account, as well as the right to preserve your relevant information and provide it to relevant law enforcement and judicial institutions to hold you legally responsible. If any losses are caused to the platform as a result, the platform has the right to fully recover from you.
3.21. You promise that you will not falsely use the name of the company and/or platform to release any information to the public, including but not limited to using the name of the company and/or platform, or falsely claiming to be a staff member of the company and/or platform for business cooperation, training, etc., nor will you exaggerate or falsely promote your relationship with the company and/or platform, including but not limited to claiming that you have a strategic cooperation relationship with the company and/or platform Alliance, investment, or other related relationships, claiming to be the top anchor of the platform, a heavily trained anchor, and so on.
Article 4 Intellectual Property
4.1. 100% love video/voice services include websites and mobile applications operated by 100% love, as well as elements such as text, images, videos, audio, etc. 100% love owns all intellectual property rights to its service logo, logo, and any of the above elements.
4.2. You are not allowed to engage in reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, or other activities on related web pages, applications, software, and other products related to platform services.
4.3. Regarding your personal image (including but not limited to artistic image, performance image, advertising image, print image, hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal image") and identity identification (including but not limited to name, nickname, stage name, portrait, signature, sound, symbol, animated icon, etc., hereinafter collectively referred to as "identity identification"), as well as content published through the platform You agree to grant the company and its affiliates, controlling companies, and inheriting companies a global, free, non-exclusive The rights that can be sublicensed (through multiple layers), including but not limited to reproduction rights, translation rights, assembly rights, information network dissemination rights, adaptation rights, derivative production, performance and display rights, etc. The scope of use includes but not limited to current or other websites, applications, products or terminal devices, etc. The above content that you authorize is collectively referred to as "authorized content". You hereby confirm and agree that the above rights granted by you include the right and license to use and otherwise develop content (in whole or in part) in any advertising, marketing, promotional and/or research related to the authorized content, platform related services, company and/or company brand. For the avoidance of doubt, the company has the right to use, copy and display your personal image and/or identity, as well as to add commercial logos to the authorized content Utilize it for other development or incorporate it into other content. At the same time, you confirm that the authorized company has the right to act in its own name or entrust a professional third party to protect the rights of the infringed authorized content. Article 5 Confidentiality Obligations
5.1. You shall be responsible for compensating for any economic, direct or indirect losses. Trade secrets refer to all information, including but not limited to technical information, business information, and information and documents related to 100% love's administrative management (including this agreement and related agreements) provided by 100% love, learned by you during the use of platform services, or assumed by 100% love to a third party, related to 100% love's business, which can bring economic benefits to 100% love, and is practical and non-public The amount and settlement method, standards, ownership method, authorization method, customer list, list of other anchors, contact information, service fees, and 100% love staff list of the service fees you received from 100% love are not publicly known.
5.2. You shall strictly abide by this agreement, and without the written authorization or consent of 100% love, you shall not:
5.2.1) Spread or disclose to third parties or unspecified public in any way;
5.2.2) Use 100% love's trade secrets for purposes other than this agreement.
5.3. The provisions of this clause shall survive the termination of this agreement.
Article 6 Change, Termination, and Termination of the Agreement
6.1. 100% love has the right to modify, terminate, or terminate this agreement if necessary.
6.2. If you have any of the following circumstances, 100% love has the right to immediately terminate the agreement:
6.2.1) 100% love discovers that you have violated the statements and commitments made in this agreement;
6.2.2) Directly or indirectly causing damage to 100% of your love interests due to your personal behavior;
6.2.3) Violating laws, regulations or normative provisions of China or your location;
6.2.4) Violation of other obligations stipulated in this agreement;
6.2.5) Performing this agreement in a negative or non compliant manner that does not meet the requirements of 100% love and has not been corrected within 10 days after being notified by 100% love;
6.2.6) You have violated the rules of this platform, or you have made statements or behaviors that violate laws and regulations, public order, or other public image, such as drug use, theft, prostitution, infidelity, gambling, fraud, etc., or the company independently determines that you have or are suspected of having the aforementioned behaviors.
Article 7 Liability for Breach of Contract
7.1. If any infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of a third party is caused by your actions, resulting in a lawsuit, claim, and/or damage to the reputation of 100% Love, all direct and indirect costs, losses, and compensation incurred as a result shall be borne by you, including but not limited to any reasonable expenses incurred by 100% Love for this purpose.
7.2. If you violate the provisions of this agreement and cause losses to 100% love, 100% love has the right to demand compensation from you.
Article 8 Miscellaneous
8.1. If you violate this agreement and relevant live streaming rules, causing losses to the platform and third parties (including but not limited to compensation, administrative fines, notarization fees, appraisal fees, travel expenses, lawyer fees, litigation fees, and other reasonable expenses paid by the platform and its affiliated companies to third parties). The platform has the right to disconnect the live broadcast or refuse to publish content through the platform for your breach of contract; Restrict some or all functions of your account; Temporarily freeze or permanently suspend/freeze your platform account; Permanently delete your platform account; Refusing you to register your platform account again; Temporarily suspend the settlement and payment of your earnings; Deducting or clearing all or part of the virtual rights and benefits in your account as a penalty payable to the company for breach of contract. The platform has the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement, terminate all cooperation matters between the two parties based on this agreement, and no longer pay any unpaid income fees. At the same time, you should return all paid amounts to the platform.
Article 9 Update Explanation
9.1. This agreement can be updated by 100% love at any time. The updated version will be delivered to the user through announcements or pop-up notifications, emails, mobile messages, and other means, and delivery will be deemed binding on the user. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on the 100% love platform. After 100% love modifies the terms of the agreement, if you do not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by 100% love. If you continue to use the services provided by 100% love, it will be considered as accepting the modified agreement.
9.2 Any disputes related to this agreement shall be resolved through consultation between both parties. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to have the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed. The place where this agreement is signed is Siming District, Xiamen City.
Article 10: Dispute Resolution Measures for User Rewards
10.1. The user shall bear the impact and consequences of the error in reward and delivery caused by personal reasons,

The experience points, points, invitation rewards, rankings, and other related data generated from this gift will be deemed invalid, and the reward related data will be revoked.
10.4. If the user's claim is false, deceptive, or leads to interference with the direction of the processing results, or if the appeal results will have an irreversible impact on other user data, game results, etc., the platform will not intervene in the processing, and the results of the user's private negotiation will prevail. If, after internal evaluation by the platform company, a decision is made to refund the consumption amount of a specific user on the platform (including but not limited to minors, persons with no civil capacity, persons with limited civil capacity who should be refunded for consumption, situations where users use illegal income for consumption, etc.), you should unconditionally refund the shared income corresponding to the user's consumption amount that you have obtained, And you authorize the platform to directly deduct from the shared income you are waiting to receive on the platform. If your current shared income amount is insufficient to require a refund, you should make the payment according to the company's notification within 5 working days after the platform receives the notice. If you fail to make the payment on time, the platform has the right to deduct from the shared income you generate in the future.
